Bookings

• A booking is confirmed only when we send you a confirmation by email, WhatsApp or the online booking page.
• Please check the dates, room type and number of guests in your confirmation and tell us straight away if anything is wrong.
• Bookings are for the person named in the reservation, who must be an adult and must stay at the hotel.

Rates and payment

• Rates are in Indian rupees, charged per room per night, and include GST.
• Rates shown with CP (Continental Plan) include breakfast.
• The rate that applies is the one shown when you book. Rates for future bookings can change.
• Payment terms: [advance payment or deposit required, accepted payment methods, and when the balance is due]

Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from [time] and check-out is by [time]. Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability. [Add any charges for early check-in or late check-out.]

Guests and room occupancy

The most each room type can accommodate is 2 guests in the Standard Double Room, 3 guests in the Deluxe Double and Deluxe Twin rooms, and 4 guests in the Deluxe Suite Room. We may refuse entry to guests above the limit for the room. [Add your extra bed policy and charges, and your policy for children.]

Identification

Every guest must show a valid government photo ID at check-in. Foreign nationals must show their passport and a valid Indian visa. We are required by law to record these details, and we may refuse check-in if the documents are not provided.

Cancellation, changes and refunds

During your stay

• Please treat the rooms, furniture and facilities with care. Guests are responsible for loss or damage they or their visitors cause.
• Illegal activity of any kind is not allowed on the property.
• Please keep noise at a level that does not disturb other guests.

• We may ask a guest to leave, without a refund, if they seriously or repeatedly break these rules.

Belongings and liability

Please keep valuables with you or [in the room safe, if provided]. To the extent the law allows, the hotel is not responsible for loss of or damage to guests' belongings, or for any indirect loss arising from a stay.

Website information

We try to keep the information and photos on this website accurate. Photos show the room types in general, and the room you are given may differ slightly in layout, view or furnishing. Distances, such as the 400 metres to Kashi Vishwanath Temple and Dashashwamedh Ghat, are approximate walking distances.

Events beyond our control

We are not responsible for a failure or delay in providing a stay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, government orders, strikes, power or utility failures. If this happens, we will work with you to rebook your stay or refund what you have paid for the nights we could not provide.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts at [Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh].

Changes and contact
